Purpose: Responsible for administrative and professional duties and functions involving the technical and maintenance of all county buildings and many other related structures.
Installs and maintains HVAC systems and maintains all other utilities. Involved in a wide variety of technical and maintenance activities regarding various electrical and building construction projects and system maintenance.
Serves as Project Manager for county projects involving new building construction and also provides technical review of constructions with the enforcement of the statewide Building Codes. Supervises the installation of all computerized security systems in county buildings.
Office Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday Closed on all major holidays
