Assistance with any questions on Minor/Major Subdivisions and in the planning process of a Planned Unit Development (PUD).

Building - by square footage Driveway - $45.00 Electrical - $100.00 (residential) $250 (commercial) Relocation of mobile homes and houses - $125.00 Soil Erosion and Sediment Control - $40.00 per disturbed acre Plumbing permits - $100.00 (residential) $250 (commercial) Mechanical Permits - $100.00 (residential) $250 (commercial) Business Licenses - $125.00 (prorated for 2007 $104.18)
