Purpose: To efficiently and accurately record and maintain minutes and records of all acts, orders, and proceedings of the Governing Body of Colquitt County which is the Colquitt County Board of Commissioners. To provide an environment whereby said minutes and records are readily available for review and inspection by the citizens. To provide administrative support for the County Administrator, Board of Commissioners, and other County Executives. To conduct the affairs of this office as a public trust, in the best interest of Colquitt County citizens.
